  would like to know how to get help from the church if no one is around to answer the phone or there is no one who has a phone number to call?

  Wonderful little Branch. The other person rated it with a one star which is very unfortunate. Small branches don't have lots of members like larger wards have. Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints are not paid for their time serving in the church. It is truly a lay ministry, and all callings including a bishop or branch president are voluntary. They all have regular jobs outside the church to support their families.
